Terms & conditions
Last updated 8 Jul 2026
These terms govern your use of Pilotlog.tech ("Pilotlog"), operated by DNG Tech Ltd. By using the app you agree to them.
The service
Pilotlog is a digital pilot logbook that helps you record flights and keep track of your hours, currency, limits, and expiries. It is a tool to support your record-keeping. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your logbook and for your compliance with the regulations you fly under. Pilotlog is not a flight planner, an electronic flight bag, or a substitute for official records or air traffic services.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions and billing
Pilotlog offers a free tier and a paid subscription, Pilotlog Pro, billed monthly or yearly through the app store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before you buy.
Your content
Your logbook and the content you add are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the service. You can export or delete it at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
Disclaimers
Pilotlog is provided "as is". While we work hard to be accurate, we do not warrant that the app is error-free or that its calculations match every regulatory interpretation. Always verify against the applicable regulation and your own records before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DNG Tech Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the app in place of your own records or the applicable regulations.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service over time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached. You can stop using Pilotlog and close your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
