Referral terms

Bring the pilots you fly with to Pilotlog and earn free Pro. These terms explain how the wishlist referral programme works. It is run by DNG Tech Ltd, the maker of Pilotlog.

You get the highest tier you reach, not the tiers added up. If you have no subscription, you get the free months as you reach each tier, topped up when you reach the next one.

The terms

1. Who. Anyone on the Pilotlog wishlist. Invites count from joining until launch day, 9 February 2027.
2. A subscribed pilot is one who joined the wishlist through your link before launch, confirmed their email, signed in to Pilotlog with that same email, and paid for their first period of Pro by 10 May 2027, and wasn't refunded within 14 days of paying. The founder price counts; the free trial and free months don't.
3. A new pilot. They must use a new address (variants like name+tag@ and dots in a Gmail address count as the same one), not your own, and not a throwaway email domain.
4. One person, one place. Extra addresses for the same person break these terms.
5. Checked. Every reward is checked before it is given. We may remove referrals that break these terms, and that decision is final.
6. Claiming. Rewards wait until you sign in to Pilotlog with the email you joined with, until 9 August 2027. The free period starts when it is given. If you pay through the App Store, including a founder place, you get an App Store offer code by email after 24 May 2027 for your final tier, added at your next renewal. If you pay on the web, your subscription is extended.
7. No cash. A reward can't be swapped for cash or given to someone else.
8. Changes. We can change or end the programme. A tier you have already reached stays yours.

You only see your own counts, never who joined through your link. Our privacy policy explains what we keep for the programme.
