    3. We offer a digital logbook solution to help pilots record and manage flight hours efficiently.
  2. Account Registration
    1. To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
    2. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
  3. Subscription, Free Trial & Payments
    1. PilotLog.Tech operates on a subscription-based model, offering monthly and annual plans.
    2. New users are eligible for a free trial, which provides full access to the Service for a limited period.
    3. At the end of the free trial, users must choose a paid subscription plan to continue using the Service.
    4. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
    5. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
    6. Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods.
  4. Use of the Service
    1. The Service is intended for individual pilots to log and manage flight hours.
    2. You agree to use the Service in compliance with aviation regulations and applicable laws.
    3. Unauthorized use, such as data scraping, automated access, or tampering with the system, is strictly prohibited.

  7. Service Availability
    1. We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

    2. We are not responsible for incorrect log entries, lost data, or technical failures beyond our control.
